      Gluematic 5000

The Gluematic 5000 provides unlimited hot-melt bonding. In this range-topping model, the encapsulated melting chamber stores heat that allows you to work efficiently without the problem of trailing cables. As soon as the gun is placed on the charging station, it automatically connects to the mains power supply and heats the adhesive. In cases where it is necessary to apply large quantities of hot-melt adhesive, the mains power cord can also be plugged into the gun direct. The mechanical glue stick feeder permits a speedy, well-metered flow of glue.

With the cartridge-type hot-melt glue gun, STEINEL is the first to make an industrial bonding system accessible to DIYers and the trades. The innovative, PUR (polyurethane) based hot-melt adhesive system combines the advantages of hot-melt glues with the benefits of reaction adhesives and provides a high-strength bond between virtually any materials. In addition to wood, various plastics, leather and textiles, the PUR hot-melt adhesive also sticks smooth materials, such as ceramics, marble, metal or glass. The adhesive stands out in particular for its tremendous immediate initial bond strength and its extremely high load-bearing final bond strength. What's more, it is waterproof and thermally stable at temperatures from -40 to +100°C making it suitable for use outdoors too.
